Recalibrate

BackSome moments, my mind wonders off thinking about something completely irrelevant to work. Before I know it, an hour goes by and I haven't done anything productive. This happens more often than I realise especially if I didn't get enough sleep the night before.

These are the moments that I need to recalibrate.
- I take a walk somewhere else for a short while and come back. Taking a walk functions like a reset button. It breaks the stream of mindlessness that seems to go on forever.
- Coffee. Definitely helps spike my brain.
- Write about it. Well, writing helps me be aware of my state of mind so that I can manage it better.
The quicker I catch myself wondering off, the faster I get back to productivity.
