Write faster
I find that writing takes up a lot of my time every day.
Writing emails take time. Writing down what I learned takes time. Updating this blog takes time. Writing just doesn't flow naturally for me. More often than not, all the thinking ends up on a blank piece of megabyte.

What I find more important is catching the train of thought. Ideas don't always flow together in one piece. They come and go in bits and I end up having to spend time arranging them before writing something.
Pausing for a moment to string them together helps me get the flow right.
Perfection is another time thieve. Constantly going back to the previous sentence to change a word or two sometimes end up becoming 20 minutes of editing.
Watching the clock while writing works for me. Somehow, knowing that the few minutes that has passed wakes me up to measure the progress of what I have written.
